Nature of the activity
Aqualis is an independent company that publishes trading strategies made accessible to the public through the cTrader Copy platform.
Aqualis does not hold, manage or execute any client capital and does not act as an investment advisor, broker or portfolio manager registered with any Canadian or foreign regulatory body.
Users may, at their sole discretion, choose to copy these strategies via the cTrader Copy platform, subject to the terms and conditions specific to their broker.
Lack of advice and solicitation
All information, analyses, data or performance published on this site are purely informational and educational.
They do not constitute a personalized recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Each user remains solely responsible for their decisions and use of the cTrader Copy platform.
Risk warning
Trading in derivatives (CFDs, currencies, metals, indices) carries high risks of financial loss.
Before copying a strategy, the user must:
understand the product's characteristics;
determine if he has the necessary knowledge and experience;

Aqualis cannot be held responsible:
financial losses incurred by a user as a result of using the published strategies;
errors, delays, interruptions or unavailability of the site or third-party platforms (cTrader Copy, brokers, etc.);
of any decision made by a user based on information presented on this site.
Each user acknowledges using the services and information at their own risk.
Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, structure, graphic charter, codes, files, PDF documents, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Aqualis.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec (Canada).
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
